Situation
The client was considering investing in the company, who
produce products with the brand, but was not too sure
about the current sales volume and future market size.
What we do
We carried out an on site survey on all the shops and
arks selling the brand products in Beijing, then delivered
the report on current sales evaluation and forecast for
the brand products in Beijing.
Result
The client made its final decision to invest in the company.
The deal has been closed.

Situation
The client was planning to introduce some famous brand
of after sales automobile service into China. The first
step is to develop chain operation stations.
What we do
We sampled and visited twenty auto service stations on
site in Beijing and interviewed the General Managers of
the stations for a questionnaire survey.
Result
The survey told that chain operation of auto service is
the trend of development, but it is hard to make profit
in near one or two years.

Situation
The client was thinking to build a kind of “Auto Town”
in China, where automobile and parts sales, after sales
service, recreation and entertainment service etc. would
be provided.
What we do
We collected secondhand information related, made an analysis
and delivered the preliminary feasibility study report.
Result
According to our report and the real situation, the client
cancelled the project.
