The other is to help foreign companies who are already
in China market to improve their operation efficiency (Result
Oriented Management Platform).
According to our understanding and
experience of the unique China market environment, we developed
the “Result Oriented Management Platform” by analyzing many
success and failure cases of foreign invested companies in
China market. This is a result oriented management platform
for companies. It covers all aspects of a foreign invested
company’s management and operation in China market. Relative
professors in School of Economics & Management of Tsinghua
University confirmed it and the application in some companies
are successful. Of course, it is a dynamic management platform.
It should be amended and refined according to the change of
