Situation
The client has become the number one in its industry in
China during the past six years. But with the growing
competition in the market, a kind of symptom appeared,
that its competitors almost always acted ahead before
it in the field of new clients development.
What we do
We carried out an investigation and found that the competition
rule of new clients development had been changed from
“who act fast, who can develop more” to “who act efficiently,
who win new clients”. But the management platform of the
client is not market sensitive. We reengineered the management
system of the company, including strategic management,
marketing & sales management, R&D management,
logistics management, finance & accounting management
and human resources management.
Result
After the reengineering, the company’s sales from new
clients per month increased.

Situation
The client had ever been the biggest screw refrigerator
maker in China. The board of directors was not satisfied
with the operation result of the company. The technology,
quality and sales of their products were falling and had
been exceeded by its competitors.
What we do
We made an interview and on site investigation in the
company and found that there were problems in communication
between the top managements and the board of directors,
and the top managements didn’t cooperate with each other.
We delivered a report to tell what we found and our suggestions.
Result
The board of directors adopted our suggestions.

Situation
The client is a Joint Venture, which a famous American
security equipment supplier invests in China. Its main
business is to design and install security system. The
operation result was not good since it was built three
years ago. Foreign investors were thinking about withdrawing
from the company.
What we do
After diagnostic, we found the problem was with the responsibility
partition among senior managements. This upset the middle
managements.
Result
The board of directors changed some senior management
members and the foreign investors didn’t quit from the
company.
