Situation
The client is a middle size drug producer. With the big
change of China health care system and drug sales model
in China, it need to improve the management level of the
company to meet the challenge of drug market ‘s internationalization.
What we do
By interviewing, questionnaire and on site observation,
to understand the real situation of the company and the
drug market. We redesigned and implemented the new management
platform, including strategic management, marketing &
sales management and human resources management.
